Your order must be received within 7 days. If you do not make arrangements to receive your order within 7 days of being notified that your order is ready, your items will be sold and you will need reorder. Please communicate when any issues arise. We are always willing to accommodate you.
In addition, if you fail to receive your order two times, you will not be able to place an order with us for 45 days. If after the 45 day period, you fail to receive your order, unfortunately you will not be able to place an order with us again.
All orders must be placed via our website. If you would like a scent that isn’t listed on our website, please send us an email or fill out the ‘Contact Us’ box on our website.
We do not deliver to addresses requiring more than 30 minutes of travel time. If you live farther than 30 minutes, please choose to have your items mailed to you.
